These companies, often still run by their founders, operate in underserved or inefficient industries or market segments underserved by credit providers and where risk is fundamentally misplaced based on our projections for these companies’ prospects.
Instead of diluting founder equity, our team structures credit to provide the capital to fuel sustained innovation without encumbering future capital needs or diluting equity. This enables our investors to access equity-like returns at lower risk than typical private capital deals.
